Maxim Healthcare Services Talent Acquisition Coordinator I in Columbia, Maryland
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator I works in collaboration with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists and Candidates to ensure an efficient and compliant onboarding experience for all internal employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator subject matter expert
Performs and certifies completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for all hire types
Ensures timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork
Provides consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidates
Collaborates and communicates effectively with Talent Acquisition Specialists
Partners effectively with other departments to ensure an efficient hiring process
Certifies an overall successful candidate onboarding experience
Verifies complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities
Exhibits organization across all tasks and full ability to follow processes
Consistently meets coordinating metrics
Provides education as needed on onboarding process
Identifies process improvement initiatives and provides solutions
Performs other duties as assigned and/or necessary
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Computer proficiency, including MS Office, Internet, and email
Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks at once
Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills required; proficiency in the English language may be required
