Maxim Healthcare Services Full Time Homecare LPN in Alexandria, Virginia
Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) to work 1:1 in a home setting. We have multiple patients in need of Nurses.
Skills Involved: Pediatric & Adult patients with G-tube, Trach, and Vent
Can provide training if necessary.
Available Shifts:
Full Time, Part Time, or PRN:
Days & Nights - 8am-5pm & 11pm-6am (flexible)

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN or RN in the state of Virginia (Compact Licenses are accepted)
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current in-person BLS CPR card.
