Maxim Healthcare Services LVN - Flexible Scheduling in Hanford, California
Schedule: Flexible schedule
Hours: 2pm - 10pm
Pay: $28 Per Hour
Hands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to apply
Maxim Healthcare is in search for a License Vocational Nurse's (LVN) that is interested in working and gaining hands on care for an adult client in Hanford, CA. Patient requires care on enteral feeding devices (G tube), O2, and diabetic management. Patient is verbal and can speak with you.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
$500 bonus is offered after 30 billable work shifts and must work a minimum of 3 days a week. A $250 is also offered for any referrals.

Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray (we will provide one for you with costs covered if needed).
Current BLS card (Course offered with our office with cost covered).
