Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 now offering $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Maxim Healthcare Services Las Vegas, NV is hiring a hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Qualifications:
Provide an active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst)
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate critical thinking skills
Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
Experience providing behavioral services to toddlers, children, and adults preferred
Experience in quality management preferred
Proficiency in the English language

Weekly workload: 20-25 billable hours a week
Manageable clinical average billable hours along with administrative tasks for full-time salaried position
Supervision caseload requirement: 10-12 cases.
Small to moderate caseload contingent on clinical focus
Supervision mode: hybrid- in person and over telehealth
Flexible work schedule with ability to independently plan for individual needs while supporting cases- one in person followed by option of in person or virtual telehealth supervision per month
Location: in home ABA with mileage and phone reimbursement
Focus on in home ABA services as well as in schools for clients in the area
Session hours: M-F 8am-6pm
Healthy work boundaries for better management
Responsibilities:
Develops treatment plans that recommend individualized and evidence based strategies
Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staff and Assistant Behavior Analysts
Monitors treatment progress and effectiveness to update treatment plans to support clients’ needs and learning style
Participate in office quality assurance
