Salary: $25 - $28 / Per Hour
Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with individuals with We dedicate our time to providing all of our Behavior Techs with the necessary online and hands-on training to become successful and confident in the comprehensive approach of ABA

Responsibilities:
Help individuals work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
Provides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients
Document individual's progress and milestones
Follow and implement behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Qualifications:
Passion for working with individuals with special needs
Strong communication skills
High School diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Current CPR certification
CPI (preferred)
